 Our hand harvested sea salt mixed with an aromatic blend of Rosemary & Thyme from Sang Lee, an Organic farm in Cutchogue, NY. This is a Great Finishing Salt for grilling meat, fish, and vegetables. We love it on fresh caught porgy or sea bass and sprinkled over some grilled or smashed potatoes!
