Our Original North Flake Sea Salt is where it all started; Hand harvested, bucket by bucket, in beautiful Orient, NY on the North Fork of Long Island, NY. This pristine water is slowly and carefully collected, filtered, and then evaporated to produce large, course, pyramid like flakes with a nice crunch -, to bring out the flavor in every dish. Both sweet and savory, this finishing salt can be applied to everything, from steaks or fresh caught fish... to vegetables and even ice cream!
